Well, in a way, it is. It’s more of an amplifier. Imagine playing songs on your phone and putting it inside a mug or a cup to amplify the sound, except 100x BETTER.
We didn’t actually buy this. It was actually given to us during a trip hosted by Ford and Bambike (if you guys want to know what we did during that day, click here).
Personally, I don’t always use the Loud Basstard. Why? Whenever I play songs on my phone, I usually use it at the same time to play games, go on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other stuff I usually do on my phone. The Loud Basstard requires you to put your phone in the slot and leave it there the entire time. It’s good for people who aren’t on their phones almost 100% of the time.
Quality-wise, it doesn’t sound like you put your phone in a tin can to amplify the sound. It sounds good. Not great but not bad at all.
Love it. Like it. Hate it. To each his own. I just LIKE it. That’s it. Nothing too special about it.
