Boost for days.
I’ve tried different cushioning setups. I’ve had some good ones. I’ve had some bad ones. But none of them as comfortable as Boost. Don’t get me wrong, some of you might prefer the Bounce cushioning (also by Adidas), some of you might prefer Zoom, Air (by Nike), or plainly a different setup.
I have tried Boost on my D-Rose 5 (semi full length/ can’t fully feel it that much), and my John Wall 2s (heel part only), but nothing compared to when I tried using the Pure Boost 2017 with it’s full length Boost setup.
I copped the white colorway coz it’s so clean and hella sick.
Nothing fancy. Plain and simple.
You can see the arch support on the inner side of the pair.
The upper is made of circular knit. It’s a bit stiffer than Primeknit or Flyknit but, it’s still soft compared to most materials out there on other pairs.
On the inside, there’s an internal heel padding for added comfort. There’s also those things on the outside which are for external heel ventilation (which I think acts like a TPU heel counter as well).
As you can see, there is no insole. That’s just a thin layer of fabric inside so that you could feel the cushioning better.
The Lacing was inspired by the Yeezy 350 and 750.
IS IT WORTH IT?
100% YES.
Hands down the most comfortable pair I’ve ever had.
PRICE:
PHP 6,500/ USD 122
(I got this at a discounted price of PHP 3,900/ USD 73)
Even if it wasn’t on sale, the regular price isn’t as bad as it sounds when it comes to sneakers these days.
