LAYERING

I know. We’re in the Philippines and it’s too hot to layer or even think about layering.

That’s why I layered in the evening during one of our dinner outs with the fam.

CLOTHES:

• Denim Jacket (generic brand)

• Maroon hoodie (H&M)

• Long tee (generic brand)

• Black Slim fit/Skinny pants (generic brand)

• Plain white socks

• New Balance 373

Since I didnt have a denim jacket with a hoodie, I decided on layering with a separate hoodie instead. It was quite heavy and a bit warmer than I would’ve liked but it looked great in my personal opinion.

the dark tones of the outfit makes the shoes stand out even more (which is really important to me. If the shoes don’t pop, it doesn’t work).

#OOTD PART 4 (BOMBER)

I literally have had this thing or fascination with bomber jackets for quite a while already but I just wasn’t able to grab one. Maybe because it was a tad bit expensive? Yeah probably that. 

Luckily, my folks got me 2 bombers (and other clothes) from their trip to Milan. I’ve been wanting a jacket for months already and now, not only did I get one, I got two! Patience truly is a virtue for this was really worth the wait.
MOVING ON.

I really wanted to rock my new jackets (and other new clothes) as soon as possible! Fortunately for me, we watched “Spider-Man: Homecoming” just the other night. Perfect opportunity.
I decided to rock the Navy blue bomber with a plain black shirt, a white pair of shorts (It’s dri-fit as well!), a white-strapped watch, a bracelet, and a pair of Vans Old Skool. 

And that part I forgot to mention, I also got new Vans (Old Skool mids).
The Vans that I got was a 50th Anniversary edition or either for the Summer/Spring collection I think? I haven’t done my research on them yet but that’s what the people at Vans told my folks when they got it. I’ll just have to take their word for it.

I’ll put up a review of the shoes as well soon.

The outfit is plain, simple, and yet, it stands out. It has a bit of that classy/preppy vibe to it as well.

Pink Vibes

Pink.

I haven’t been a huge fan of that color until recently. Why? I really don’t know. I felt like I couldn’t rock it or something like that. But now, I’ve been wanting to get my hands on a pink hoodie or a pink shirt but I wasn’t lucky enough to get one.

Till this week.

I went to H&M to just window shop and nothing more till I came across this plain pink tee. I knew I just had to get it. I grabbed a size large and headed for the fitting room. Usually I’d buy a medium sized shirt but semi-oversized shirts have this hold on me these past few months.

The shirt was perfect. Plain and simple. I just partnered it with ripped jeans, a white cap, and white Chucks, a watch, and my rastaclat (any other bracelet will do or none if that’s how you roll).

How could you go wrong with a plain shirt, jeans (ripped or not), and Chucks? That’s right. Never.
