This is literally a classic. This shirt was owned by my mom back when she was still in high school and was passed down to me but it wasn’t till recently that I was able to use it since it’s really big and baggy.

It’s big, yes. But it’s hella comfortable. The quality on this shirt is amazing for it to last for more than 20 years and still feel soft and comfy. It’s loose, it’s fresh, it has these retro vibes. I would recommend you guys getting this if you could still find them in stores or online.

I would definitely wear this a lot more often if it wasn’t this damn hot in the PH.

Let’s go old school

Believe it or not, my shirt and my top were my mom’s from back in the day. The jacket is older than me, that’s for sure.

I was going for some retro vibes with this one, especially when my top and my hoodie are, well, literally retro (The jacket is older than me if you were wondering). I ended up looking like a skater guy, but nevertheless, I got what I wanted with how it looked and felt.

Go to the mall, the movies, or a restaurant with an ensemble like this and get that old school vibe.

It’s actually Air More, but you get the point.

Finally was able to get my hands on a classic pair that was on sale (fortunately). It’s not an OG colorway but it’s beautiful anyway. It’s a classic pair that is well known because Scottie Pippen used to rock these on court. Nowadays, it’s used mainly off court.

Just your typical Nike box, nothing fancy.

I got the White/Gum sole colorway (as you can see).

• White leather upper, even on the letterings.

• Full length Air Midsole.

• Pull tabs in the heel area

• Thick gum sole/outsole

• Elastic bands work perfectly (for me) if you go half a size down so that even if you decide to go loose laced, it still fits your feet perfectly.

It’s a solid shoe. Hands down. I mean, I wouldn’t buy a pair that I don’t like. I ain’t like that. I personally won’t use it for hooping, that’s for sure. I know it’s a basketball shoe, but it is NOT COMFORTABLE (for basketball). If you’re using it casually, it’s great. I just don’t think I’d last long on the court with this pair.

IS IT WORTH BUYING?

If you’re into retro/old school shoes, YES.

For hooping? Solid NO. But that’s my opinion. If you feel like you can use these on the court, by all means, go ahead. It can get pretty hot though.

I got this pair for, PHP 7,500 (USD 141) and it was on sale. The price is usually around PHP 8,500-9,000 (USD 160-170).
